You agree not to misuse the services, including (but not limited to) attempting unauthorized access, disrupting operations, or violating the rights of others.

4. Content

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job offers. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and any submitted materials. You grant us a non‑exclusive license to host and display content you submit for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Payment

Where applicable, any fees will be disclosed before you are charged. Some features may currently be free to use; we may introduce pricing later with notice.

6. Third‑Party Services

We may use third‑party providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Supabase, PostHog). Your use of third‑party services may be subject to their terms and policies.

7. Analytics and Data Collection

We collect limited usage analytics through server‑side processing to improve our platform. This does not use cookies or store data on your device, and is limited to necessary technical and usage information. You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track in your browser or contacting us as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
